All orders are subject to processing times before they are shipped. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days from the date your order is placed. During high-volume periods (such as new releases or holidays), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer domestic shipping across the United States via standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

Shipping Rates

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated via our website or marketing channels.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Raxonme Worldwide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Raxonme Worldwide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
